Too often, people confuse having abs with being healthy and knowing what they’re doing.

But the truth is, a healthy life comes from so much more than just physical appearance.

It’s about what you eat, how you sleep, how you feel, and what your body tells you from the inside.

But it came with a 5% chance of killing you 10 years earlier.

I wouldn’t. And I don’t expect you to either.

You don’t need any magic pills. And as your personal trainer, I won’t give you any false promises or quick fixes.

Instead, we’ll focus on the science.

We’ll look at real data of how your body reacts to everything we do, using real measurements and evidence-based practices.

Sure, quick fixes can be fun and motivating in the short term.

But I value your health and well-being too much to give you anything that might fix a problem in 4 weeks, only to destroy your inside and how you feel in the long run.

I know life can get busy sometimes, and it’s easy for fitness to take a backseat when you’re juggling work, family, and everything in between.

I’ve seen it happening even to people who know exactly what they do, and are ready to eat the world.

I’m not going to tell you it will be easy, and there won’t be ups and downs. But not changing will be even harder and time passes either way.

So let’s work step by step to go from any level to your objective one.

And that’s why we train at home. Forcing yourself to go to the gym after a day of work may be hard and finding excuses becomes easy.

We can work together to develop a realistic plan, which will make you stronger, lose weight fast, or make working out fun again.

I will provide support, encouragement, accountability, and advice throughout your fitness journey in a more and more confusing fitness world.

And the good thing is, my full-time job is just to know what works and what is bullshit.

The Easiest Way to Get Fit at Home

For the people starting a fitness journey:

It can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to figuring out what equipment you need and how to use it effectively.

So I provide everything you need for your training sessions, from resistance bands to adjustable dumbbells – all included in your program.

When we work out together, nothing is pre-made and you won’t have the same workout each time.

Novelty is one of the things I enjoy the most, so why don’t we try to make each step as if we were kids again? 

And just because we’re training at home or outside doesn’t mean you’ll be missing out on the effectiveness of a gym session.

In fact, I’m confident that you’ll be able to achieve the same (if not better!) results than you would do at a comercial gym.

Gyms were not popular even 20 years ago, and people were able to train without problems.

Learn to recover your strenght and movement.

With time, our bodies seem more like a war zone than a peaceful place to be.

Aches, pains, and injuries pop up out of nowhere, and suddenly we’re feeling a lot less invincible than we used to.

After certain time the challenges become more common.

With time, you have decreased bone density, which increases the risk of osteoporosis and fractures.

And let’s not forget about the joint pain – our knees and hips are suddenly staging a revolution!

I have personally experienced healing through the right exercise programs that were able to manage pain and improve symptoms.

How I fix it?

I’m not a physiotherapist or a doctor, but it’s frustrating to see how the medical approach to any pain is either pills or undergoing an operation.

Don’t you think it’s strange?

Imagine you have a rock in your shoe and it’s killing you. You go to the doctor and he tells you, “This pill will help to reduce your pain.”

But the rock is still there.

Doctors and questions

Most of the time, the problems come down to three things: Lack of strength, Lack of control and Lack of mobility.

It’s not magic, is just making your body capable to handle the tasks by itself.

And when it is fixed and integrated into your daily life, it will mean you won’t need any more therapy, which I don’t think physiotherapists and doctors would like.

Consistency is key, but it’s tough when you feel like you’re going nowhere.

That’s why I track your progress daily, weekly or monthly.
